What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email), your business profile, and the records you create inside Blick — contacts, notes, tasks, invoices and inquiry submissions. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we store only a transaction reference, amount, currency and status.
How your data is used
Your records are used to run your workspace: pipelines, reminders, invoices and AI reply drafts. Every record is tied to your account and separated from other customers at the database level.
Third-party providers
Authentication, storage, hosting, payments and AI drafting are handled by service providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell your data or share your contact lists with other customers.
Retention and your rights
You can edit or delete your records at any time. Deleting your workspace removes your business profile and related records, subject to legal and payment-record retention. To request export or deletion, contact us at hello.blaude@gmail.com.
AI drafts
Draft replies are generated from the contact and business information you provide. They are suggestions only and are never sent automatically.
