Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the business information you enter. One workspace belongs to one account.
Plans and billing
Blick Free includes up to 10 active contacts. Paid plans are collected monthly in Nigerian Naira at the rate applied when you pay: Pro ($12) allows up to 100 active contacts, Professional ($29) up to 1,000, and Business ($49) unlimited, each including AI reply drafts and invoicing. A paid plan activates only after a payment is verified by our server.
Cancellations and downgrades
You may cancel at any time; Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period. If Pro ends, your account returns to Free and your data is preserved. If you hold more than 10 active contacts, you cannot add new ones until you archive down to the limit — existing contacts are never deleted automatically.
Acceptable use
Do not use Blick to send unsolicited bulk messages, store unlawful data, or misrepresent your business. Contact information you collect must be collected with consent where required.
Service limitations
Blick helps you manage leads and invoices. It does not provide medical, legal or financial advice. Invoices created in Blick are documents you issue as a business; Blick does not act as a payment processor for your clients unless a payment provider is connected.
